Hi, I am looking to meet some Currant landlords and investors to gain some knowledge on the Richmond and vicinity real estate investment market.

I own multi unit properties here in Maine and me and my wife are considering relocating to the Va area. I would prefer to sell what I have here and buy down there. I am familiar with Ashland and Richmond but dont know much about the multi unit market.. We make an income from this and really need the same kind of situation down there to make it work for us.

Looking at cap rates, desirable locations, and just how it all works there in VA..

Thanks ALL!

I find the cap rates still to be lousy here, but moving in the right direction - prices are dropping.

Multi-unit market - way too big to generalize about.

Lots of people interested, fewer opportunites
