Where is there a Sonic in Richmond?

The coffee there is good (my wife raves about it). I think there are only Sonics north and south of Richmond. I see that there's one outside of Ashland (North) and one near Chester (South). Although I've passed a bunch of times, I've never went to one. Are they really that good?
Where's the best place to find a burger in Richmond?

There is a Sonic across from the Belgrade shopping center in southside.

Even though it's a chain, I think Five Guys cooks up an awesome burger. If you go to Carytown Burger and Fries, get the onion rings!

I thought that Sonics closed. There is one in Williamsburg on Rochambeau Rd.

I was originally born in Colorado but have lived most of my life in or around Richmond. I grew up in Midlothian and then moved to the city in college...and still have not left. My father and aunt live in Charlotte so I am quite familiar with that city as well. From my perspective, Charlotte is like a huge, sprawling suburb...there are certainly nice downtown areas, although the city has seemed to shut down all the local galleries and deprived its creative community of culture.
Richmond, on the other hand, is an incredibly old city in the country and most unique in its characteristics: architecture, culture, beautiful parks, et al. I don't think Charlotte and Richmond are at all comparable; they invoke entirely separate feelings.
I love both cities, to be honest, but I am most proud to call Richmond my home. I plan to move out to LA at some point to be closer to my brother, but I know I will always be able to come back to Richmond....I'm not sure I can say that about Charlotte.

After reading the charlotte, NC comment the only thing I could possibly add is that you can probably get your yard's grass cut for less much less in charlotte than RIC due to an influx of unskilled workers...

There is absolutely nothing boring about Charlotte. I've lived there before, and have friends that do now and it's a great place. So much more to do than Richmond. If I want to see an NFL game, NBA game or U2 I don't have to drive 2 hours to see one. If I want to go jet skiing or wake boarding, it's just a 15 minute ride. Mountains are 20 minutes away. There are also lots of great restaurants and not the 10,000 chains like Richmond, with exception to the fan. It also doesn't have the stupid corrupt politics of Richmond either. And the singles scene? Awful. There are so many better places than Richmond... Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Austin, Tampa, etc. People should go out and see. You'll be glad you did.
