I am begining to set up a website and would love to add a picture of the Richmond skyline. If you know where (the more detailed the address, the better) I could do that, please reply. I am open to taking pics with the water or without.

On the walking bridge to Belle Isle. You can get the skyline as well as the river in a great picture. Also on the Mayo Bridge.

The floodwall overlook at the southern terminus of the Mayo Bridge
The deck at Legend Brewery
Southern end of the Manchester Bridge
Libby Hill
The name of the hill escapes me, but it's the overlook at Grace and 22nd in Church Hill.

Or for some different perspectives on the skyline - the observation deck at the top of city hall (free and accessible during business hours).

Another good one is the top of Church Hill at the overlook. I had some of my engagement pictures taken up there and my family also spread some of my brother's ashes up there as well. It was his favorite spot in the whole city!
