Default Want to move to Woodlake

My family and I would like to move to Woodlake in Midlothian, Virginia. Does anyone have any inside information about the community? What is the atmosphere like? Are there any neighborhoods/streets we should avoid? We have driven through most of the community and it seems like some streets are nicer than others (mold growing on homes, shutters falling apart, etc.). I picked up an information packet so I think that I am aware of all fees and rules. We appreciate any input.

late reply, but we lived in Woodlake for 18 months from 2008 - 2010 - Chestnut Bluff - not an expensive street by any means, but no houses with mold or in disrepair at all in our 'hood. I thought it was a great community. - hope you find a nice place - prices have dropped dramatically over the past few years.
