In Mechanicsville - my subdivision does not have sidewalks, a pool, block parties, and the neighbors are not very social.

Any recommendations for a kid friendly, family oriented, friendly community in the Mechanicsville area?

Thanks

My cousin lives in Pebble Creek off of 360. I know it has a pool and sidewalks. Hope that helps!

Default Kings Charter

Check out Kings Charter, Milestone and Ash Creek, great neighborhoods with the best public schools around.

Kings Charter is really good. I went house hunting there a couple of years ago just for fun.... really nice place, abundance of sidewalks, lakes for fishing, and nice clubhouses and pools... shame one of them was destroyed by fire about a month ago.....

yea i grew up in the older neighborhood right next to it and agree its a great neighborhood. my parents felt like their hoa was too restrictive back when they were looking into buying there, but my mom is a little wacky about that kind of thing haha.
