Default Moving to Richmond from Elizabeth City, NC.

In anyones opinion from solely living in richmond, VA where would be the best aparment/townhouse complex to live at?

Most importantly where is the cheapest and fairly quiet and peaceful places?

I'm sure cheap and paradise don't go along with each other but any input would be appreciated!

I think it is OK to reference you to another internet site on this forum.
Try Richmond Apartments for Rent with Ratings & Reviews by Richmond Renters at ApartmentRatings.com.
There is info on pricing & apt reviews from current & former residents.
If you will be in the area prior to making your decision you may try picking up a FREE "Greater Richmond Apartment Guide" @ a grocery store.
NOTE: Cheap can sometimes translate into major headaches, noise, aggravations so I would advise not ignoring other priorities solely for a good monthly rate.
