Community Pool in Chester? (Richmond: middle school, subdivision, live in)

I recently heard that there was a community pool in Chester (not the Y) that one can join. Does anyone out there have information on it or can give me a contact number/website so that I can look into it.

Also, was just talking with someone who lives on the Rt. 360 corridor and belongs to the Woodlake pool even though she does not live in that community. Is it common in the Richmond area that subdivision pools open their membership to those outside of the subdivision?

Any info on these two items would be greatly appreciated!

There are many "community pools" in the Richmond area which are not associated with any subdivision. The Chester pool is one of those. I believe they also have tennis courts. The Chester pool is located on Chester Road, on the left, about a half mile north of Rt. 10 and Chester Middle School. Its kind of back in the woods, so its easy to miss---its right next to a large dentists office. My family was a member of that pool back when I was growing up, but I don't know who you'd contact now. Maybe there is a sign at the gate.
