Question richmond schools taxes and neighborhoods
we will be relocatng to Richmond for a new job, i have 4 kids ranging from 11 to 3, i was wondering, what areas have the best school districts and what areas to avoid. also can anyone explain how Virginia property taxes work.
also are there any small towns within 40 minutes of Richmond

definetly stay out of richmond the property taxes are high,and schools are terrible, just about any area outside of the city will be a god place to live, it depends on what you want , lots of shopping or rural?
