Default Charter Creek Apartments?
They are near Virginia Commons, also near the airport, managed by R.C. Evans. Website gives it as an Ashland address. Anyone have experience with this complex? It's in the right school area and close to my potential job in Glen Allen. Any downsides?

Ahh this is close to the Hanover County Airport, not Richmond International Airport (RIC)... so the only plane noise will be from small private planes and maybe some corporate jets.
