Hello. I am new in America and I will move to Henrico ( zip code 23233) in April. I have a daughter and she is 4 years old. I think she will go to a pre-kindergarten.
I want to find a free school but there is a lot of website. English is my second language and I am not very well. I am so confused
I can't find correct website for information or registration.
If anybody know, please help me. If I can find the website I will learn the required documents and make an registeration.

Pre-school is not offered at all schools, its usually based on the economic demographics that feed into that school. Your child's school is one that doesn't offer the program so to be considered at another location you would have to apply, meet the income requirements (which is a major component) and hope that an untaken spot is available. Those in a schools attendance zone are given 1st priority to attend if they meet eligibility only then is the remaining spaces open to others. They outline all of it here
