Thumbs up just made the move to richmond!

This weekend I made the move from Ohio to Richmond. So far it's been great! Just waiting for my furniture to arrive. (Damn movers that don't work on weekends ) Everyone's been friendly as well. I've had 2 people at my apartment complex say hi to me, which is more than I had all year at my last. Went to King's Dominion for a little bit today. It's so beautiful there and has lovely landscaping. Plus I love roller coasters. We've also explored the West End and checked out the International Speedway. I'm hoping to explore downtown and some other areas within the next couple days too.

I have to work on getting my car registration and plates straightened out as well. How are the car inspections down here? They aren't required in Ohio so I'm hoping my car passes without a problem!

Welcome to town!
I love KD for the coasters but don't forget that Busch Gardens is less than an hour down 64. Not as many coasters but it does have some good ones and it's an even prettier park than KD.
