Wondering what the average rent is in the Colonial Heights area - for a 3 bed/2 bath house. Also - are there less expensive areas that are near Colonial Heights?

Right now there really are not that many rentals available when you check the MLS. However I did check Craigs List Richmond site and a couple are popping up. Just go to the Apartments/Housing for Rent heading and do a search for Colonial Heights. I saw as low as $975 to about $1400. Hope this helps!

I live in Lakeview Terrace Apts. Very peaceful area. 3 br 1.5 bath. It's small & apts get limited sunlight in kitchen & living room but rent is low and management takes care of the apartments. Whatever issue I've had was fixed promptly. There's also a playground.
