Default Wondering about rent in the Colonial Heights area

Wondering what the average rent is in the Colonial Heights area - for a 3 bed/2 bath house. Also - are there less expensive areas that are near Colonial Heights?

Right now there really are not that many rentals available when you check the MLS. However I did check Craigs List Richmond site and a couple are popping up. Just go to the Apartments/Housing for Rent heading and do a search for Colonial Heights. I saw as low as $975 to about $1400. Hope this helps!
