Anyone have experience renting from the Wilton Company?

Anyone care to share about Carver Elementary? Greatschools has good reports but 2 are from a time with a previous principal.

No experience, but I would heavily discount reviews on greatschools.net because generally it's either cheerleaders or people very upset that do reviews and because I've heard of someone that tried to do a review that was negative and greatschools wouldn't include it.
