I know Cameron Bay, across the street from Manchester HS. I have a daughter who is a Senior and son who graduated from the school. I like the HS and area. There are nice neigherhoods in that area and the schools are good. If you have little kids, Crenshaw has dropped in the ranking over the years due to the smaller neighborhoods (I've had 2 of my 5 go to that Elementary school). The middle school Bailey Bridge is nice but is a little over crowded as I have 13yo in the 8th grade.

We are moving off of Otterdale Road into Summer Lake as we are waiting on a new house to be built. My two youngest will go to Grange Hall, one next year and another a few years from now. If you are not set on Cameron Bay look at Summer Lake, Rountrey, Fox Fire, Fox Creek, etc as they have great elementary schools - Grange Hall, Swift Creek, Woolridge, etc.

Look at all the schools, HS - Cosby, James River, Clover Hill, Monocan are ranked high.
