Default East Europeans (shops & people) in WestEnd area

All,

We've just moved to Richmond area and looking for east europeans living here. Another question I have is about the shops. It's been almost 2 weeks we're doing research for shops with tea. The shops we've found so far are offering basically still the same : green tea (lot of variations), black tea & few fruit tea. As we're having urinary problems in our family, we're mostly interested in herbal tea shops, which I haven't seen a lot so far. Also shops with european ingredients will make us happy.

thanks for any ideas

I don't know about the Eastern European community and am not much of a tea drinker, but maybe these links will help.

Richmond, VA Tea Houses

Sometimes you might find groups concentrated by region of origin in religious institutions (i.e., synagogues or particular sects of Christianity). Have you tried meetup.com?
