jesus, MWV has a nice looking HQ! isn't Dominion's HQ next to it. not behind it in the picture, but further down tredgar st right on the water?

Yep - Dominion's HQ is split between the Tredegar complex and their tower on Cary between 7th and 8th Streets.

Is it just me or did the Cedar Broad project progress at an alarmingly rapid pace?

I know it was in the planning stage for quite a while but it seems like as soon as they actually broke ground, it sprung up out of no where.

Too bad the overpasses are filled with trash, the James River is polluted, parks are limited, and there is hardly any horticulture to beautify downtown. But how could I complain about horticulture when there are homeless sleeping out on the front bench of the downtown Marriott. Sure Richmond looks great from a distance but it's not until you go on the bumpy roads of downtown to see such delights.
