I am relocating to Richmond due to a new job and am looking to rent horse property with at least a 3 bedroom house in the Chesterfield/Midlothian areas - or other areas in commuting distance to Hopewell with excellent schools. Ideally I'd be given an option to purchase in 1-2 years (not interested in "rent credit" or anything like that). What are the odds? I am a professional and somewhat flexible in monthly payment, but would like to hover around the $2,000 mark as I still own my farmette in Maryland (going on the market soon, though). Where would be my best bets to find such a house? Am I dreaming?
