Apartments between Thornburg and Glen Allen?
Hello! I am trying to find out what apartments/houses are for rent along the I95 corridor between Thornburg and Glen Allen. All of the searches I've tried, though, have led me only to Fredericksburg and Richmond. Does anyone know how to find rentals in the smaller towns? Maybe I'm being too picky, but I want to live halfway between my family in Stafford and my job in Glen Allen. Thanks!

I would see what you can find in Ashland. I would search on Craig's List (that would probably be rental units in homes - should be some since it is a college town) and then go onto the Apartment Finder's website to see what there is as far as complexes go.

Try realtor.com, enter a zip code, make sure you click the "rent" button before inputting your price range. I've found that helpful. Craigslist is also a definite to try. Not too long ago, there were some houses for rent in the Lake Land Or and Lake Caroline areas for a decent price. Those should show up on realtor.com. That might be halfway between Stafford and Glen Allen. and they're close to I95. Good luck.

There's a 2 bedroom 1 bath house for rent in Lake Caroline for $850/month. They have a full lake with beach, new pool, club house, and all that. It's a gated community off of Exit 110 in Caroline County. (You can also drive down Rt. 1 from there, and get on I-95 at exit 104)
No clue how nice the house is though, there's no pictures posted online.
