Coffee houses/etc. in or near Petersburg (shops, weather)

If you and another person, both from outside of the area, were going to meet for coffee/etc. in or near Petersburg, where would you want to do it?

What would you like about meeting there, as opposed to anywhere else in the area?

Java Mio. It's the only non-chain coffee house in Pburg (for now, although from what I hear another is in the works...) and it's in Old Towne. When you've finished you can browse the shops and just enjoy walking. It also has a nice patio out back if the weather is being cooperative. I can't think of any other options for you, if you're only interested in coffee. If you were meeting for brunch/lunch my suggestions might change.
