My husband is considering a specialized IT job within the Bon Secours Health System. Any thoughts on working for this company?

Thanks!!

BS is good. They're one of the more desirable employers in the area and have a reputation for treating employees well. Being a non-profit, you won't earn top dollar but they are certainly fair and reasonable. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement (four hospitals + heart institute). They also play a key role in providing care to the poor/vulnerable -- if that kind of thing is meaningful to you...

I just met someone who's husband does that same type of job- IT for Bon Secours! She says that he likes it. They're putting them up in corporate housing for a long while, too which would give you some time to find a house and what area you really want to live in.
