Hi,
I have just relocated to Richmond area and kind of getting settled.. Do you know if there is any good fitness center in Richmond. I used to go to LA fitness, but it looks like there is no LA fitness here.

Appreciate your help..

Thanks

There are lots of good ones - what part of town are you looking in? American Family Fitness seems to be the biggest chain around.

We belong to American Family Fitness. Great place, lots of different things to do and classes to take. Check them out online. See if you can find a no initiation fee period. Good luck! www.amfamfit.com

I can't tell from the website. Are there pools for families/kids at the locations?

Thanks,

Alley

Yes. The one we belong to (Swift Creek) has a separate pool next to the adult pool with slides and a mushroom fountain. Other locations may differ. Membership gives you access to any location.

Tried Tuckahoe Family YMCA?

Depending where in Henrico you live, that may be close enough to you and it's reasonably well-equipped.
