A loft maybe?
SO I am moving to Richmond in a week or so for a new job. For the few weeks I will be living with a friend but he lives with his gf so it will probubly only be for a few weeks. SO I would like to find my own place and I am open to suggestion. I am not sure if i want is a loft or not. What I would like is a small place studio or small 1 br. Exposed brick or beams would be a huge plus, as would be a building with history. PLaning on renting and looking to spend 5-600. Most lofts I have seen are closer to 800, anyone know any smaller more affordable ones?

That was all just based on a quick craigslist search. To be honest, without a roommate you probably won't be paying much less than that anywhere nice.
