Default I need help finding a Contract for Deed or Owner Financing in Richmond Va
I am looking to move back to Richmond and am interested in a contract for deed - owner financing type agreement. Realtors or owners and do not know how to get started. Any ideas?

First, you'll need someone who owns their house free and clear.

Good luck .... they are far and few between in this market.
