I'm looking for suggestions for a reputable Mommy's Day Out program for my 2 year old.

It doesn't really matter. We're new to the area and our location is temporary. We're in Bonsack area now but would like to migrate more towards the Cave Spring area. I'm open to any suggestions as long as it's a good school. I'm not sure if all MDO work the same way, but the one that I did find begins in Sept. (much like "regular" schools) There was no mention on the website of it being licensed. I've put in a call and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

The only ones that I have personal experience with (or those recommended by friends) are no where near Bonsack but in case you move... I hear good things about Good Shepherd Lutheran (SW county), Cave Spring Baptist, First Presbyterian (Downtown), and Second Presbyterian (OSW/Downtown area). Most church preschools run a school-year program with registration in the spring but sometimes they have openings throughout the year. My suggestion is just to start calling around and set up appointments to visit. Maybe you could even go during the day and observe classes in action to get a feel for what really goes on. Reputable schools are more than happy to let you do that. Just trust your instincts and you will be fine!

Thanks, TX. Cave Spring Baptist is one that I've called on. I'll have to check the other ones out.
