We stayed there two months in '09. Great maintenance service. Lots of stairs because of hills. Well built, but not as flashy looking as the newer places. Train is very loud during the day...but almost never at night. Convenient location. No annoying residents during our time there. We were pleased...ymmv!

For what it's worth.. My bestfriend and her husband lived there for 2 years. They got a unit directly beside the train tracks and let tell you.. they never got use to the train. I stayed over there on a few ocassions and that train is horrid when it comes by. And yes it comes by very early in the morning and sometimes late at night. I was there one time when they were doing work on the tracks and the noise it made for hours was like nails to a chalkboard. The train was one thing but the neighbors they had were a bit creepy. The one neighbor stared at us through the blinds and she always talked about it but when I encountered him peaking through his window at me when I walked past it gave me the creeps. He was one of those "too friendly creepish types" .Their view was decent except for the power line at eye view. They stayed for 2 years only because the space was pretty roomy with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms but they were happy when they could move elsewhere.
