This was all great information on the farmers market in Roanoke. I am a metalsmith, and possibly moving to this area. I do the farmers market where I live (in Montana), and have had a great response to my work. Have you seen any hand fabricated sterling silver/copper jewelry (mine is not beaded work) at the farmers markets in Roanoke or surrounding areas?
(really enjoyed the post with all the pictures, that was great)
Thanks for your time
Sam

Default Farmers Market Product

The Roanoke Farmers Market has changed over the year from a strictly produce/meat market to now more arts/crafts. The local area farmers are going to the rural areas around Roanoke which now have more farmers markets. The Farmers Market is a perfect place to display metal work.

Golly, Sean, what ever do you mean?

But, as mentioned in the previous post, Roanoke is definitely the place to be for the non-produce vendors.

I love this region.
