When is the Sun going to shine again in The Roanoke Valley!?
The past week or so has been rough on me dealing with lifes issues ect. it only makes it harder that there hasnt been a full day of sun (or even a peak!) in about a week or longer. I am so sick of the gloomy overcast days! I want some sunshine and I want some now!

Thats so funny that you posted this, I was just in the Hampton Roads, Virginia forum complaining of the same thing.
And I love the rain... but it is just too much! I guess the farmers are pleased with it....

Yes, this is good Spring weather for many forms of agriculture. But it's certainly unusual weather for Virginia. It's time for some sun!

Look for the silver lining folks!
I live up in Rochester NY... where we get many months of gloomy overcast days for most of the winter.

sun is shining!
I can't wait for the muddy pastures to dry up! And I can ride my horses again soon, and do ground work with the filly, who by now is wondering if she's just a pasture pal for the boys.
I've been really grateful for the rain, especially considering how dry last summer was, but I'll be glad for a little dryness now too.

A week, we have not had a day of sun in about three months in Seattle. And it's cold/rainy.

Actually we usually get a few week breaks of sun in there too. Not this year.

I live in Portland, Oregon, believe me none of you have seen rain and gloom until you have experienced the northwest. All this rain keeps it green but it is a depressing place in many ways. I am doing my research to get the hell out of here by next year.
