I've been looking at SML for a couple of years now and dreaming of living there. Right now I have a high paying job on the central coast of California and don't want to leave until I've socked away enough money for a comfortable retirement. I've been trying to find a place with great fishing, low taxes, reasonable housing costs, and it has to stay green all year. Where I live now the dry season starts in April and goes until December. My last water bill was $409, that's for 2 months but still a bit high. It's also a little bit too liberal for me here.
