well that's too bad there's such a rival... only natural though I guess. Both my children will be in the Jr high.... still on the fence about which district. UGH!

been forever since i got on here but yet.. Alleghany is terrible. Don't go to that area stay away..!!!!! COVINGTON is a cancer blob. The paper mill is nothin but cancer my mother in law has cancer FOUR DIFFERENT kinds from livin there her whole life! so be careful

If you read the post, her husband was transfered there. As for your MIL I am sorry that she has cancer, Come on now moving to Covington is not a death sentence. I have relatives that were born and raised and still living in Covington and they are still in their 80's. The health issues are going to happen anywhere.
