Q: How can I find some marketing teachers or computer instructors in the region?
I mean, without hard-to-measured ads on local paper or even TV programs. Thanks.

Post a free job ad on craigslist.com.

Craiglist does not seem to be effective, not sure why.

I've taught marketing in the past. What exactly are you looking for? Maybe I can direct you to the appropriate parties.

I'd like to have several or a dozen high school students with laptop to test the installation process of my desktop software for Windows XP OS (it's unattended installation, just one Click) and will pay each person a fee along the line of 15$ an hour. An estimate is about two hours for the initial session. Not a lot of work but would prefer each student runs virus/malware scan against their laptop first and then perform the task in a cafe. Would greatly appreciate your help.

Call the local colleges. Place an ad in the student newspaper or on their website. At $15 per hour, you'll get more than enough response.
You may want to call the colleges technology professors. They may incorporate this into a lesson plan or use you for internship possibilities.
Hope this helps.

That makes sense, thanks, on calling colleges technology professors, what might be sensible way(s) to reach them other than trying to find them via their respective edu web site?
