Just closed Monday morning! A more smoother transaction I have never experienced before. This bodes well for living here. Realtor, Closing agent, seller, all good people and NO hassles despite my credit uniion putting the "C" team on it at their end.

One of the interestng things for me was the Agent set up MLS to cull properties that were specific to our liking and MLS would send us an email daily on new or changed items that fit the description. I spotted this parcel in the morning and had an inquiry in the system that afternoon. We beat out the next buyer by 8 hours!

They are out there folks!

Now, anyone know anyone who does surveys/consulting of farm property for setting up an organic farm?
