Covington area house to rent (Roanoke, Clifton Forge: apartment, rentals, landlords)

My fiance and I are looking to relocate to the Covington area (or between White Sulphur Springs, WV and Clifton Forge). He currently lives in Roanoke; I temporarily live in Tucker County, WV for work.

We're scouting out places to rent as I've had a better job offer in southern WV. We would rather live outside of town, if at all possible. But we're open to living in town, as long as there is some yard or a park nearby for the kids to play.

Requirements:
-Prefer house over apartment (highly desirable: outbuildings (insulated with heat/water/electric), or a basement! (in which to put our critters))
-3+ bedrooms
-Prefer 2 baths
-MUST be pet friendly (we have a LARGE collection of reptiles and amphibians: all live in tanks, none are free-roaming).
-Prefer to include utilities

You need to contact the Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce as they have a list of rentals and Landlords in the area that they will gladly provide to you. Be aware that you will have to weed through the list.
