Default Help buying a house in Rke. Co. house inspector
Does any one know of a reputable house inspector in the Roanoke area?
I will be buying a house in the Cave Spring area before the end of August.

I went with RW Huntley Home Inspection based in Roanoke and was very pleased with them!

John at Pillar to Post is awesome! Climbs up on roofs, crawls under things. Gives you a full printed report (in a binder!) on the spot.

We were quite pleased and would use him again in a heart beat. Great guy, too.

Waterfront is on a distinguished road
Like PAPERTRAIL, we also used Rob Huntley for home inspection and radon test on a new patio home. We would use him again in a heartbeat. The expense was well worth it -- he found several items that required attention before we moved in. Again, this was a new home.
