Roanoke Day Care Experiences (day cares, preschool, moving to)

Hi-my husband and I are looking at daycare schools for our baby in the Roanoke area and were curious about people's experiences with specific places. So far we've looked at Country Bear Day School, HoneyTree, and Childcare Network.

What kind of experiences (good or bad) have people had with these schools? I'd be grateful for any information-especially about Country Bear since it's top on our list so far.

Hi! We are moving to Roanoke this summer and I was wondering how your search for day cares/ preschools ended up? We have a three year old and I think Country Bear is at the top of our list, as is New Vista Montessori. Did you find a good program anywhere? What do you like about it? Thanks!

For our children - we like country bear up until about the 4 year old program. The newborn up to like 4 years old (on the right side of the building) was good while the older children programs were lacking.

For preschool ages we had good luck at the Montesorri school beside Lewis Gale (don't remember the name it has been a few years). They did much better with our third child then Country Bear did for previous 2 for preschool prep.
