Hello Friends-. We may be moving to Rochester and would like to live in a safe, family friendly neighborhood/suburb that is similar in vibe to either Clarence, Amherst or Williamsville? (I grew up in Cheektowaga). We are also hoping to be near nature (hiking, nature walks, and playgrounds) and also easy access to shopping (grocery). It would also be a bonus to be an easy commute to Buffalo to visit/help family frequently (weekly). But we wouldn't mind a longer drive to Buffalo if that meant we would have the above qualities we seek. Thanks so much!

Brighton, Pittsford, Victor; as well as Penfield, Fairport and Webster.

As I said in the Buffalo forum, take your pick on the east side. From Webster to Victor, it's all very nice.
