Long story short is that my partner in a very profitable business in upstate NY has taken control over all business and personal assets per temporary court order, resulting in me being homeless, dead broke, and without even my vehicles. Social Services is not helpful because it considers my assets in the business. Does anyone know of any other form of assistance that may be available in this rather unique situation?
