Park Avenue Apartments
Hey everyone. I am moving to Rochester in March, and would greatly appreciate any information concerning the apartments on Park Avenue. Does anyone know the names of the best apartments in this area?

There are some apartment complexes spread out around the neighborhood but the bulk of housing is in older homes that are split up into apartments. I have a friend that lives in a complex by the corner of Park and Meigs that seems to be happy. It has off street parking and they take care of issues.
When I lived in the area I found the better apartments by driving around and seeking out the "for rent" signs on buildings.

Thank you for your response. I greatly appreciate it. I will check this area out, and be sure to look for the "for rent" signs.

Hey there
I'll be moving to the area in a couple months and thought of Park Ave. What did you decide? Any thoughts to share?

Park ave is probably one of the best areas in the city. The only problems I really hear about it are some riff raff from the college kids once in awhile. There are alot of shops, restaurants, banks and grocery stores within walking distance. There are many mansions, higher end apartments and houses in that area.

I wish the college kids were concentrated to one specific area. They far from dominate the area in numbers, but make their presence known with disrespectful behavior and not caring about others.
