We just moved out of NYS but lived in Henrietta which always was known for the lowest tax rate of the Rochester suburbs.

Yes. Henrietta has the lowest taxex on average because there is a LOT of commercial space in the town which makes for a larger and more diverse tax base. The city of Rochester has the lowest taxes in the area for the most part; but the schools aren't very good. Rush-Henrietta are great schools.

I can't comment on all, but I can tell you East Rochester has VERY high taxes. a house thats 90k has 5,500 taxes for example.

oh brother. She asked which has the LOWEST...not "low". If someone wanted to ask "which area of the triangle has the LOWEST chance of being reassigned to different schools every year", the answer I or anyone else would give would be "inside the beltline or in older areas of Cary and North Raleigh". Although if we wanted to be sarcastic and immature, we could just say "none, they all get reassigned".
