Is anyone else concerned how cold it has been around rochester this july and what is causing it? I have never felt a july this cold ever in my life. When I was out for the july 4th fireworks I could see my breathe it was so cold.

Nope, I think the temperature has been awesome actually. 70's and 80's is my idea of a great summer. And I was out in shorts on the 4th of July watching fireworks. Were you watching them from a refrigerator or something? It was in the mid 60's when fireworks were going off. So I call BS on you being able to see your breath.

I was outside on july 4th until about midnight and it certainly was not in the mid 60's.

No it was the mid 60's at 10 when the professional fireworks were going off. But also I was outside until late on the 4th too and it was a beautiful night. And it was 60 degrees at midnight.

Again, unless you were hanging out in a refrigerator, it was not cold and you were not seeing your breath.

And here's the proof. It was 60 degrees at midnight. Click on "Show the weather" for the 4th:
11:54 pm Clear. 60 °F Clear. 3 mph ↑ 78% 30.18 "Hg 10 mi

No complaints here! Perfect weather in my opinion. Was at the Corn Hills Arts Festival today and it was perfect, 70s and slightly overcast. The rest of the country can keep their hot/humid summers. Have to go to Dallas for work all next week, 95+ everyday, ugh.

Your own link says it was 57 not 60. I live in pittsford and it was even colder. I saw my breathe and was with other people who also saw their breathe. I don't know why you want to argue about it.

57 was the overnight low at 5:57 AM on the morning of July 4. My link supports exactly what I've said. You stated you were outside until about midnight. The temperature ranged from 66 at 10PM to 60 at 11:54 PM.

9:54 pm Clear. 66 °F Clear. No wind ↑ 61% 30.16 "Hg 10 mi
11:54 pm Clear. 60 °F Clear. 3 mph ↑ 78% 30.18 "Hg 10 mi

And also, the high and lows that day were 2 degrees off the high average and 3 degrees below the low average.

Actual Temp
79° /57°
Hist. Avg.
81°/60°

Isn't it quite ironic that my memory of July 4th seems to be supported by the weather data coming from professional weather stations at the Rochester airport? And Pittsford is 5 miles from the airport. So don't give me this story about how it's so much colder there. So again, unless you were in a refrigerator, your statement about seeing your breath because it was so cold is BS

I was at the Corn Hill Arts Festival today. The weather was amazing for sure! 79 degrees with a breeze. My wife kept commenting on how perfect the weather was for walking around the festival.

It was a little cool this morning (Sunday), but keep in mind, if we want sunny days, we're going to get cooler evenings. Clouds act as insulation, so enjoy the cool clear nights.

That's not how it works.
