Default Apartment complexes in Brighton

Hi all,

I'm looking for an apartment and I'm considering a couple of apartment complexes in the Brighton area: Briar Manor (131 Greystone Lane) and French Court (515 French Rd). Could you share your opinions regarding type of neighborhood, safety, housing quality, etc? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the answer. When you say that "...lots of people have lived there at one time or another", do you mean that the complex is kind of a "temporary housing" place where people live for a few months when they first arrive in town, to then move to another, better place? Or, is it maybe subsidized government housing where people are put up temporarily when they are going through a difficult financial/family situation?
