University of Rochester Housing Program (Syracuse, Gates: mortgage, neighborhoods, restaurants)

After looking at the Syracuse University Guaranteed Mortgage Program, I was curious if there was a program in Rochester. Luckily, I found this: Home Ownership Program : University of Rochester

What is nice is that many of the areas included in the program are very popular and are in close proximity to Downtown, the airport, restaurants, Wegmans HQ’s in Gates, as well as big box shopping in nearby suburbs.
