The only potential problem I see is being downwind of the zoo! Other than that, I believe it is a nice neighborhood, good schools.

I know exactly where it is. What specifically would you like to know? If by "good," you mean safe, yes it is safe. It is a street off the main drag of W. Irondequoit (St. Paul Blvd) and has small lots with older homes. Not a particularly upscale street, but safe. At the end of the street is a fence and on the other side of the fence is Seneca Park, which is beautiful and runs along side of the Genesee River.
