A BBQ type of festival... unfortunately I don't think it gets the right publicity and not many people know about it.

Rib competition, live music...the standard stuff. I think I might check it out this year. It is only the second year of it and the music list from last year seems mostly blues type of music.

I rode by it on my bike yesterday. Looked pretty fun. I think I'll check it out tonight or tomorrow.

Ah, you have this confused with the Big Rib Festival (MyBigRib.com:Bar-B-Que and Blues Fest) at Highland Park. This festival is next week near the Blue Cross Arena. Yeah, I don't know why these are back-to-back, except for maybe logistics of the competitors.
