Irondequoit and Greece have become more diverse than in the past, but many of the old school locals are hating to see all those brown faces.

Actually, East Irondequoit, Gates-Chili and Rush-Henrietta are the suburban SD's with the highest percentages of Black students. Actually, my sister's husband graduated from Gates-Chili in the late 80's, jheri curl and all......

I live in Irondequoit and the old people don't care that "brown" faces are living there. They are pretty welcome to anybody as long as they take care of their property.

I lived in Irondequoit too and was constantly harassed by the police for riding my bike down the street. I know plenty of people who are are harassed by their "majority" neighbors. What kind of person harasses 8 -12 year old kids and tells them they DONT live on Winona Blvd because they assume all Blacks live in the ghetto? Racist Irondequoit cops thats who.
Your so quick to deny the racism in the Rochester area, reading my every thread, following me. Its really quite amusing controlling you.

could you do me a favor and stop making up lies about me? I am not following you around for the 800th time.
I know plenty of people that have been harassed everywhere. Your posts make it seem like racism is the norm in the area. In reality it is no different than anywhere else in the country. You are making many misleading statements in your postings.

It is different, its one of the most segregated and racist parts of the nation.
Denial is the norm. Carry on.

Proof that Rochester is one of the most segregated and racist cities? I'm reading lots of top 10 lists and Rochester is not on any of them. I am seeing places like NYC and Philly in the most segregated category though.
According to this, the Rochester area is less segregated than many other northeastern areas which are known for segregation.

There is even any mention of Rochester in there. Rochester is comparable to Buffalo, which is high on that list.

Rochester and Buffalo are at different spots on the list. For the northeast, Rochester seems far less segregated than its counterparts.
