I'm casting my vote for Penfield
Our family lived in Roch but when my Dad wanted to move to suburbia, he asked around regarding schools and appeared Penfield was tops so that is where we moved and lived for about 11 years. I'm sure Pittsford and Brighton aren't all bad tho.
