I've had quite a few conversations with people and they feel like you have to be in shape before you even go to this gym...i don't think so, i've been going there for years but i could see how someone would say that it's full of good looking guys and girls...what do you guys think?
I'm a leader for TOPS, a weight loss club, in Greece. With over 50 members, I don't know of any that go to Bally. I do know those who go to ROC, Curves, YMCA and to other exercise programs. That gives me the impression that they probably believe that you have to be in good shape already to go to Bally, too.
