Default Moving to Rochester NY

I will be moving to Rochester NY this winter. I will be working close to the airport. Any insights where to live between Airport and Downtown? Is winter really bad??

Try Chili, where the airport is, Henrietta or Brighton.

Rochester does have a long winter, but if you get snow tires and good boots, you can make it. I have found it to be a nice place to live, as long as you are somewhat self-sufficient and keep your eye on the weather forecast! Lots of great music and culture downtown, too. Greece is near the airport and a good place to live.
