Yes, 531 should be expanded. Although I should say no, since I don't drive out that way anymore...

I used to run a courier route out to Albion in the afternoons. What Mapquest said was a 45 minute drive was usually over an hour (unless I got lucky) - and I avoided the worst part of rush hour out of the city (but sure saw the back-ups when I was headed back). I actually found it faster to drive out 104, I just couldn't justify the extra miles (and gas, since I was an independent contractor).

With all the new traffic lights in Brockport it should be expanded past there. I would guess all the way to Clarendon, but I'm sure you have traffic minimums that give you a go/no go answer. If it's not, someone will most likely be revisiting the topic a few years from now.

The traffic is already headed out that way, highway or no highway...
