Those pictures are beautiful. I have to say, I think Rochester has some outstanding architecture.

You can get really good shots from Corn Hill Landing right on the river:

Another good place to get a shot is from the Ford St. bridge:

I'm not going to take up bandwith, so I'll just provide the links to the random photos of Rochester I've been taking over the past couple of weeks while zooming around on my bike. Mount Hope Cemetery is one of the most beautiful cemeteries I've ever been to anywhere on earth.

Thank you so much for the links to the photos. My father, born in 1917 grew up in the Ellwanger Barry neighborhood, and I lived there also as a child, spending many happy hours roaming Highland Park and Mt. Hope Cemetery. I've been away for quite a few years, but still call Rochester home.

It's a truly beautiful place. Honestly, I've never seen such a beautiful cemetery. This city has a lot to offer for those who care to look.

I took these photos on a 17 mile bike ride down the Genesee River and then headed east along the Erie Canal Heritage Trail as far as Pittsford. This is a wonderful trail for biking and it's really well maintained. Genesee Valley Park is a beautiful park not far from the U of R campus. Again, sorry for the link rather than the actual photos, but there are too many to post here.
