Question Carpet Cleaning Service?

Hi guys!

I'm posting a lot of questions today... I am so excited about moving to Pittsford and getting settled in our new house!

One thing I was thinking about was having the carpets deep-cleaned professionaly before we move in. When else will we have the opportunity to do this without a bunch of furniture in the way, right?

Has anyone used a service that did a great job? One time when my parents had their carpets cleaned back when I was a kid, I remember they were suspicious that the company had applied some kind of treatment that actually made the carpets get dirtier faster than normal (not sure if that was true, but they did suspect it!).

Anyway, if you can recommend someone who you were really happy with, that would be fantastic and very much appreciated.

Thanks!

If I may suggest: Try buying a carpet cleaner, you can get them for somewhere between $100-$200 nowadays. We have dogs and with the furniture and area rugs it has paid for itself at least twice over when you compare it to the rental units. Anytime there is a spill you just plug it in and go. Ours is a Maytag with a furniture attachment.
